• Mystery Items: By purchasing a "Mystery Scoop," you acknowledge that the items received are selected at random. We do not guarantee specific colors, styles, or items. The surprise element is a fundamental part of the "Queen of Surprizes" experience.

• Display: Colors may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings.

• Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Queen of Surprizes reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting; due to the nature of our boutique fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges. You represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use it.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., Stallion Express, Sendle), customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as shipping calculators or video players) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.
