We are so excited to create a special reveal just for you! Because of the "surprise" nature of our mystery scoops, all sales are final. Every scoop is a unique experience, and we pour a lot of heart into personalizing your order based on the choices you make at checkout. While we can't offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, our goal is always to make sure you walk away with a smile and a scoop you love!

We truly want our customers to be happy. While the items are a mystery, we do our absolute best to curate your scoop based on your preferences. Part of the thrill is the surprise, and we work hard to make sure every reveal feels like a win.

If a Treasure Arrives Damaged

We take great care in packing up your orders, but we know the journey to you can sometimes be a little bumpy. If an item arrives broken, we are here to help:

  • Check Your Scoop Early: Please take a peek at your treasures as soon as they arrive! To help us resolve things quickly, please reach out and advise us of any damages within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • How We’ll Make it Right: To keep our boutique inventory fresh and moving, we don’t ship out individual replacement items. Instead, for any verified damage, we will happily issue a store credit or a discount code for the value of that item to use on your next scoop.

  • How to Let Us Know: Just send us a friendly email with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within that 3-day window so we can take care of you.
