From Our Studio to Your Door

We are so excited for you to receive your treasures! All of our mystery scoops are packed with love and handled with care to ensure they arrive safely. Because we want your items to be protected during their journey, we use sturdy, heavy-duty packaging to keep everything tucked in and secure.

Real Goodies = Heavy Packages!

We don’t fill our scoops with lightweight filler or tiny trinkets—every Queen of Surprizes scoop is packed with real, full-sized lifestyle items, home goods, and cozy surprises! Because our items are high value and full size, our packages are physically heavy (a single scoop weighs ~ minimum 7 lbs!).

Note on Larger Orders: Orders containing 3–4+ scoops (or weighing over 21 lbs.) are very heavy and bulky. To keep your items safe from damage in transit, large orders may occasionally ship in two separate boxes. You will receive tracking numbers for both packages if your order is split!

Shipping Rates & Coverage Area

We want to keep shipping simple, fair, and transparent for you:

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the 10 Canadian Provinces. Due to extreme carrier rates on heavy packages, we do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut at standard flat rates. (If you reside in the territories and would like a custom shipping quote, please contact us prior to ordering!)

  • Tiered Provincial Flat-Rates: Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province and the number of scoops in your order. Single mystery scoops start at $15.00.

  • PO Boxes & Rural Carrier Fees: Deliveries to PO Boxes require Canada Post, as they are the sole carrier servicing these addresses. Because carrier postage for heavy package delivery through Canada Post is higher, shipments to PO Boxes or select remote provincial postal codes may include a small carrier adjustment fee at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Once your scoop magic happens, please allow 3–4 business days for us to carefully pack and prepare your order for shipment.

  • Tracking Your Treasure: As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a friendly email with tracking information (including tracking for both boxes if your order ships in multiple packages) so you can follow its path home!

A Quick Check Before You Order

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout! Because our scoops are a unique, "one-and-done" event, we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, please email us immediately so we can try to catch it before it heads out!
